About Me

Hi, I’m Priya.

Bringing together my experience in mental health, movement, and sport.

Therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s going on. For me, that starts with getting to know you as a whole person and understanding what matters to you. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

My Story

As a former Division I athlete, an orthopedic and sports physical therapist for over a decade, and now a psychotherapist, I’ve seen how closely physical and mental well-being are connected.

My experiences, both personally and professionally, have shaped how I understand the challenges people often face from injury and setbacks to relationships, identity, and the many demands of everyday life. Being a wife and mom, growing up between different cultures, and building a life in new communities have also shaped my perspective on relationships, identity, and belonging.

These experiences have given me a broader perspective on the challenges people face and continue to shape how I connect with and understand the people I work with.

If you think we might be a good fit,
I’d love to connect.
